State ferry from Anacortes to Sidney, on Vancouver Island. Drive a few miles
north to Swartz Bay and take a B.C. ferry to Fulford on Salt Spring Island. State Ferry

- The Victoria
Clipper provides passenger-only transportation between Seattle and Victoria.
